Question Mobo upgrade question

Hi, in March this year I bought this: https://www.ebuyer.com/913998-alpha...-super-16gb-2tb-hdd-240gb-ssd-gaming-as-d5097

and now I want to upgrade the motherboard as it holds back my cpu and ddr4 speed.
I’ve looked at msi z390 a pro and Mpg gaming and tomahawk versions.
Any recommendations on the best board out of these or others? I intend to do the rebuild myself but not that experience in removing cpus(should I take it to be done at local comp shop?)

My end game is to get the processor to run as fast as it can and mainly the memory to run at is 3000mhz capacity

The CPU can´t be overclocked and the RAM should run @2666 if XMP is enabled on the current motherboard

performance difference in fps (gaming) would be marginal with a new board

I would get a better graphics card instead

Hi,

I’m aware it can’t be OC’d but does the current mobo restrict speed?
Re MR - I’m after getting the most speed out of my current memory @ 3000 - the difference between 2666/3000 is worth it if cost is not in question right? (I do have xmp enabled and monitors weirdly show 2557 as speed)
