Question mobo usb slot not working on headphones (everything else works in the usb slot)

i always use my usb headphones on the 1 usb slot on the mobo usb slot just because for some reason the headphones software (razer synapse) only detects the headphones when the headphones are in that slot ( i need it because while gaming the footsteps are too low) and then i restarted my pc and for some reason i couldnt hear anything from the headphones anymore and every single usb slot works but not the 1 ( even my keyboard's) and in sounds its plugged in and all and volume mixer doesnt show any audio playing when there is. help me

Model for your Razer branded headphones? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Razer's Synapse app? You might want to also reinstall your chipset/USB drivers and see if that helps.
