Question MOBO won’t post

Just switched coolers and my x570 board won’t boot. I have a Ryzen 5 3600. It passes the Dram check, cpu check, vga check, but is stuck on boot check. What should I do? I’ve already cleared the CMOS.

Remove all possible boot devices, will it get into the bios?

It goes through the boot leds on the board:
DRAM
CPU
VGA
And finally boot but never passes it. I can’t get into bios and it won’t post.

Which motherboard is this?
Do you have another gpu to test with?
Can you test your monitor with something else? (console, dvd or Bd player, laptop...)
