Hi guys

Hopefully, you can help me - bought yesterday the following stuff:

CPU : Intel Core I7.7700K
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX schwarz DIMM Kit 16GB, DDR4-3000, CL15-17-17-35
Power: 600 Watt
Geforce GTX 1070
Windows 10 Professional, got all updates

I've the following problem:
The LEDs flashes between DRAM and CPU, if:

Using only Slot 1 (the next to the CPU) => it works, PC starts
Using slot 1 + slot 2 (no dual channel...) => it works, PC starts
Slot 2 ALONE does not work
Slot 3 does not work at all (any combination, even alone)
Slot 4 does not work at all (any combination, even alone)

till now I've tried the following:
flashed several BIOS updates (old versions, new versions, etc.) always reseted the CMOS, did not solve the problem.
Have checked the Pins of the motherboard - can't find any problem. Maybe I'm blind:

I've even tried to switch on the computer without a CPU-cooler - same problem.

Does anyboday have an idea :-(?

Thank you very much in advance for your help and suggestions!

Try each stick only in slot A2 (skip one slot closet to CPU, next slot is A2);
enter BIOS, select everthing to default, auto, including memory to SPD....

If each stick works in A2, now skip a slot, and use slots A2 and B2 (B2 is farthest away from CPU), which is required for twin stick operation....

Hei! Thx for the answer.

Slot A2 only works, if there is a RAM Stick in the first slot to the CPU - none of these 2 sticks "work alone" in A2.

Slots 3 and 4 do not work at all - it doesnt matter if I have a RAM in the first slot (closest to the CPU) or all alone 🙁

I have similar problem with ASRock z270 and my 16GB RAM - my monitor receives no signal but if I use only 1 stick of RAM in slot 2 it will display a blank black screen....

Did you ever find a solution to your issue? Maybe it'll help me. Thanks
