Mobos? I dunno which one to get

I have currently been browsing through pcvonline.com *since im planning to buy there* and i am deciding to upgrade a set they they have... but the mobo im not sure of cause it looks quite... bad... theres two mobo in my mind. Please rate them to see the quality of gaming and performance. State the best and why and the cons of it

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400
Intel D946GEIS or Asus P5B-VM or GA-965P-S3
ATI X1600 Pro PCI-E
250GB SATA2 HD

If there is another mother around 140 dollars canadian that may be better please tell me...

Considering that you don't plan to overclock you could take a look at the MSI P965-NEO-F $118
