MOCA and Powerline simultaneously?

I have been reading a lot about Powerline adapters vs. MoCA online and was wondering if a configuration of Powerline AND MoCA is possible. For instance, I have a home where some rooms are supplied with the coaxial cable, but some rooms do not. However, for the rooms that do not have a coaxial cable, a Powerline adapter would be usable.

So, is it possible to use MoCA adapters in the rooms with coax and also Powerline adapters in the rooms without, simultaneously? Would there be performance issues or would they be separate?

Yes, you can have both, simultaneously. They have nothing to do w/ each other. They act independently over completely different media.
