moca bridge to provide wired connection to separate room

I have verizon fios with the actiontec router. My house is wired for cable. We can put the router in any room and the router will work as every room has a coax connection. Does anyone know if can use Actiontec's ECB2500c to plug into the coax on the wall to provide a wired connection in a room where the router is not?

Yes, that is what those are made to do, keep in mind you will need two of them. A power line solution may be cheaper, about 1/3 the cost for a basic set.
