In the time I used to be a member here, I probably used the best answer selection feature a handful of times. It isn't like I'm running through the forum selecting best answers on everything thread I see.

Tradesman1 came in "hot", so I pushed right back. Yes, I got what I literally asked for, but he was looking for a fight. A simple "hey, don't do that" would have sufficed instead of giving me the third degree.

How can you go off at some one about using a forum feature, call it a 'problem' then say its not a high priority to fix.

If you have a complaint about the actions of anyone in the moderation team please raise it with the assistant community manager Kevin. You can contact him via PM or email (kng@purch.com). All complaints are taken seriously, but we don't discuss them publicly because it just draws out the mob and they have nothing to do with it.

In the future please don't post private correspondence in public either, regardless of who it's from. I have removed your screenshot.
