Mod against ridiculous expensiv spells?

Hi,
I want to rearrange some of my spells by giving them new names (e.g.
"Cure Poison", "Cure Blight", "Cure Disease", "Recall to Mark", "Recall
to Temple", etc., so similar spells are grouped), but when making my own
spells using a Spellmaker, the cost for example for Cure Blight would be
250 points of magicka... official Cure-Blight-Spells cost 1/10 of this!
Another possibility would be to create a Character who sells all the
spells I want, but I would prefer to be able to create them on my own
(so I don't have to start the editor and change my plugin when a new
cool spell comes to my mind).
Oh, if there's a way to simply rename my spells, that would be fine,
too! *g*

(If you know any magicans who sell spells with "good" name,
unfortunately this won't be enough. I'm using the german
language-version, so the spells will have different names (and by
reasons of german grammar, the names will be *worse* (regarded by terms
of my grouping-similar-spells-idea))

A mod that sorts my spells by effect instead of by name would be fine, too.

You can change the names of spells quite easily -- just create a new
plugin in the construction set that alters the names of the spells you
currently have. For spells you've created yourself, you must use a save
editor such as Morrowind Enchanted Editor to change the spell records in
your save in a similar fashion.

For instance, if you had purchased a spell with name "GENERIC NAME 1" and
created a spell with name "GENERIC NAME 2" and wanted to change their
names to "GENERIC NAME A" and "GENERIC NAME B," respectively, you would do
the following:

1) Open the construction set with all master files loaded, view the
spellmaking tab, and sort the list of spells avaliable by name.
2) Scroll down to the spell named "GENERIC NAME 1," and open it for
editing.
3) In the dialog that comes up, replace "GENERIC NAME 1" with
"GENERIC NAME A" in the "Name" field.
4) Save the plugin.
5) Open your save with Morrowind Enchanted Editor.
6) View the spell records contained within the save.
7) Look through each record until you find a spell with a name of
"GENERIC NAME 2."
8) Replace "GENERIC NAME 2" with "GENERIC NAME B" and save the file.
