Now it may seem a stupid question, but where in the nine hells are the
public forges? So far I've seen only one in Balmora, and I've ran around
Seyda Neen, Vivec, Ebonheart, Suran, Caldera, Ald'Ruhn and Pelagiad... am I
blind or what?

The one in Ebonheart is inside the fort on the bottom floor next to the
cells. The one in Ald'Ruhn is next to the opening of the big shell
(forgot the name). The one in Suran is on the lower level (there should
be an anvil in the yard outside) and is operated by a famous orc. The
one in Caldera is in a shop off of the main road and is accessible by
going between two buildings (one of them has another famous merchant).
The one in Pelagiad should be across from the inn. Others can be found
in outdoors bazaars (especially in the Telvanni cities).

I've seen them in
Balmora (near Caius Cosades),
Gnisis (near the exit gate),
Ald-Ruhn (outside the Mages Guild),
Dagon Fel (near the docks), and
Sadrith Mora (in the Wolverine Hall courtyard)

I don't know if there are any others.

Those are the normal ones - he was asking about the ones added by this
mod, which have scripts and additional items.

Boy, thanks, I was just dying to make use of all that ebony ore i've, er,
"found" lying around 😀
