Why would you need one? The only advisable bios to use for a specific machine is the latest one from the manufacturer.

the laptop is pretty old and also asked the manufacturer but they didnt have anything. I want to access all the functions.

its is missing like everything. the only thing in the bios i have is the boot priority stuff

Restricted features, because changing things (increased performance?) would likely impact the limited cooling situation.
