Modding pc games

Hello,

So I was wandering if I installed steam onto my ssd and lets say fallout 4 on my hard drive do I go into my games folder in my hard drive or do I go into my ssd steam folder.

Depends on what exactly you are doing. However, all the game files are stored in the game directory (The HDD in this case). Since nearly every mod is only within the game files, go there (The HDD)
