model 865gv micro 478 cant boot?

the pc showing "floppy disk fail (40) and CMOS checksum error-defaults loaded. and when i hit the DEL key to enter SETUP the "input not supported" is showing in the screen and moving all around....pls..help..

Sounds like you are actually dealing with two problems here. "CMOS checksum error-defaults loaded" says that the backup battery for the BIOS has failed. The "Floppy disk fail (40)" error is connected to that since the BIOS has effectively been reset due to the failed battery and is now trying to boot from a (what sounds like nonexistent) floppy drive.

The "Input not supported" message is actually coming from the monitor having an issue with the video signal coming from the computer. Are you using built-in graphics or a separate card?
