[SOLVED] Model O Completely disconnects when it's flipped on its back or at certain angles

Hello!

I've been using the Glorious Model O since before the O- came out, and will gladly count it as my favorite mouse yet. It's light, comfortable, and the clicks are nice. There were absolutely zero issues for around 3-4 months, but for some reason in the past week or so I've been noticing occasional disconnects which, after some testing, seem to only occur when it is either flipped completely upside down or when it's cable is held at a certain angle.

Any ideas/solutions would be greatly appreciated, as I've heard about other with similar (but not identical) issues.

It may be a broken cable. Have you had any unfortunate accidents to the mouse - e.g. sudden drops to floor, or drops where tha cable have being sudden stop of free falling mouse ?

Nope, just been sitting on my desk since I got it.

Then you should file a warranty complaint, the cable or joint is probably defective
