Question Model O Wireless not working Wireless but when plugged in

Hello, my Model O wireless isn't working wirelessly but it is when it's plugged in. The firmware is updated and my software is picking up the device and when I unplug it, it still detects the mouse. I've tried the "Legacy" software but I think it's just broken. I've tried the Glorious Model O Software as well but it mentions "Device Disconnected"

Anyone have any ideas?

unplug the usb wireless dongle and use an usb 2 port of your system
restart windows
check device manager of windows if there is something with an exclamation or question mark

Hmm didn't see anything under device manager and I tried every USB port on my computer

What happens when the Model O is connected to another known working computer?

What happens when other known working mice (wired and wireless) are connected to the computer?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any mouse and/or wireless/bluetooth/USB related error codes, warnings, or even informational events.
