What games will this be able to punch out?
And how will it be for 3D modelling, texturing and rendering?

Intel Core i5 4440 @ 3.1ghZ (Turbo to 3.3ghZ set)
16gb Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM 2000mhZ
1tb 7200 RPM WD elements HDD
200gb 5400 RPM Caviar WD (For the OS)
MSI Gaming N770 TF 4GD5/OC GeForce GTX 770 4GB

Thanks

Looks fine for gaming and content creation, it has the CPU power and enough RAM.
Only thing is that old 200gb WD, which it will slow down your overall performance. Better install the OS on the 1TB HDD and create 2 partitions, or get 120GB SSD for much quicker OS and applications load up and response time.
Also you might get 2GB GTX 770, the 4GB versions are very expensive, almost GTX 780 money.

Intel's i7 might come in handy for the content creation, but it also depends on how much are you using those applications. If it is for average use, stick to the i5, if it is for heavy use, get the i7 in the future.
