Modem crashing

it seems that i have frequent crashes when im on my xbox....(this just popped up....used to work fine) ill be on, the "active internet" light will turn off, turn back on, then i log back in...just to have it happen again. I'm pretty sure it isnt the modem because computer use doesnt do this.....i have already got the ports....is it time for a new whole modem?

seems to happen on my computer too.....so it's definately the modem....probably need a replacement
