Modem doing something funky...

Hey ive got a U.S. Robotics Voice Winmodem (came with my gateway computer, part 6001126) and its been acting really weirdly on me lately...for instance, last month i could get on to like a hundred sites, and now i can only access about 30 or so.. whats goin on? and i cant even get on aim, or get updates for norton 2000... is my modem just fried? should i try a program? extra settings? help! thanks. I think the problem is with your ISP, not your modem.

There are many computers in this house who use the same isp, and on different phone lines... there is anoother computer connected to my internet line and it runs well... so i dont think it could be my isp, unless its targeting my computer specifically, which seems rather odd... Thanks though for the input

Just a guess, but check the security level set in Internet Explorer.
Tools/Internet Options/Security. Reset each zone to default.
