modem problem

Can anybody help, need to know if my modem needs replaced??????
I connect to the internet, and a few minutes later the modem clicks off even though it is saying I am still on line, will not let me re-connect unless I reboot. Please Help. Guppie

Possibly a software conflict here. Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?
