Been starting to use my wifi at my mothers house more since im back from college and playing games, but even though im connected with ethernet and my carrier sent a technician to change the setup to a cable without interference, I still am having problems with large amounts of packet loss and outage, sometimes which causes the router to restart.

Im buying a new router and having my wifi carrier come out to look at the problem again but here are the event logs from my modem router (netgear C7000-100NAS):

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!!

There should be another screen that show the signal levels. The exact values depends on a number of things like the docsis level. If you search you will find this easily.

SYNC errors are almost always some issue with the ISP equipment. Could be you have too much or too little signal but many times this is something else. The ISP should see this with their equipment since tit appears it happens a lot.
