Question Modern case and old motherboard compatibility

Hi. I have this system:

CPU: Intel Xeon X5450 3.60 GHz (OCed)
Motherboard: Asus P5QC
RAM: Kingston 2+2+2+2=8GB DDR2 800MHz
GPU: Sapphire R9 280X Tri-X OC
SSD: Kingston A400 480GB
HDD: Samsung HD250HJ 250GB
PSU: Gigabyte P650B 650W 80+ Bronze

I want to buy new case for it. I liked Deepcool CG560 case but i'm not sure if front panel connectors, USB and case fans compatible with my motherboard.

Motherboard is ASUS P5QC

Your motherboard is ATX and the case supports ATX.
So far, so good.

The case supports usb3.0 front panel which your motherboard does not have.
But, you can buy a pcix1 adapter card that would supply that function:

It's a standard ATX board. Generic front panel connectors.
Only problem with USB 3.0 ports on case. Your motherboard doesn't support USB 3.0.

You can use either USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 adapter or install PCIE USB 3.0 controller card.

PWM fans have 4 pin connectors.
But you can get fans with 3 pin connectors also.
