Modern replacement for 8800GTX 768 SLI

Is there a good single card replacement for an 8800GTX 768 SLI setup that runs quieter, cooler, and draws less power?

The bare minimum is a gtx 560ti to be worth while given the fill rates of both your cards combined and how strong the shader despite being nearly 5 year old cards/tech compared to Fermi.
