Hi everyone, just to start off these are my PC specs

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
2070 Super
16.0 GB
Gigabyte Z390 UD
Corsair RM750x 80 PLUS Gold 750W

Firstly I tried playing modern warfare 2 beta and i noticed in the first 2 minutes of every match i would stutter and jump from 144 - 40fps but after the 2min it would go back to smoothness, no stutters and i noticed that my GPU would go from 80 -100% to 40% when i would drop frames, i figured it might just be a problem with the beta but i uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers just incase it was my end (Even though i have no problems on any other game) just hoping ti doesnt happen when the full game came out and its happening again. My brother recently bought the game and its happening to him aswell (We dont live in the same house and also has a completely different PC than me ) because of that reason i assume its something to do with COD but ive looked up this issue and no one else seems to have this problem so maybe its something ive downloaded on me and my brothers PC that is bugging cod? I'm not sure but here are a couple screens shots and videos of it happening, can someone please help me, thankyou for your time

Use Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer to observe what you computer is doing, trying to do, or maybe stops doing for those minutes.

Use all three tools but only one tool at a time.

Process Explorer (Microsoft, free):

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer

Open the tool, drag the windows to one side or the other or second monitor if you have one and just watch for awhile.

Then open and play the game as normal while continuing to watch. Hopefully you will see some resource change when problem starts and stops.

Make take some time and effort to workout the process and be able to spot what is happening.

No need to rush. Take your time, be methodical.
