Question Modern WWAN with Dell Mobile Precision M6700 ?

I have Mobile Broadband : EMEA Internal Dell Wireless 5560 (HSPA+) MiniCard in my Dell Mobile Precision M6700 laptop. This mPCIe card supports, IMHO, only old Internet-via-radio standards, some of which are being turned off in various countries. With which mPCIe card can one replace the old WWAN mPCIe card to support more-modern Internet over radio?
