Moderns 'The Past' Book

Has anyone bought this book yet? I am thinking of getting it for my
collection of Modern books, but I want some input on the book first. Is it a
good buy, or a waste? And Why? Thanks..

If you look at it as it's billed "d20 Past" then you may be dissapointed. It
simply IS NOT a resource for roleplaying throughout Earth's history.
However, it does a good job of presenting the crunch for roleplaying in the
past as well as introducing three historic-based campaign models with FX and
other strangeness present. Will I use the campaign models as presented? No,
but it's a good resource if you like the d20 Modern system.
