I have that board but I would suggest you pay a little bit more and get a H61/H67 that has USB3 and Sata6, that one does not.

Everything else looks good except I've seen bettery memory for less on Newegg email specials.

I think a 430w would be sufficient for the 6870+i5 2400 or just the 520 neo eco or 550BP. I don't think a 600w is needed. Expecially since it costs $70 before rebates.

I say get a P55 board that will allow you to use Crossfire latter on. Also, it will allow you to drop in a K series CPU and overclock it once that dual core i3 no longer suits your needs down the line.

Not by much, but still better. The fact that most GTX 560's are pre-OC'd like the article says. Definitely better.

I clearly state that the 560 NO Ti is better than the 6870. The GTX 560 NO TI is almost always stock OC'd by a pretty large margin unlike the 6870. I didn't even say the 560 Ti is worse than the 560 no Ti, you clearly can't read.

Minimum is AVG, AVG is how it performs most of the time and most of the time it performs higher than the 6870. As stated in the Hardwarecanucks and THG review.
