I'm wondering if the few builds I've got written down are worth it or rather which one of the three is most worth it.

I would like to play games such as:
-Smite
-Paladins
-Warframe
-FF:XIV / XV (I can always upgrade later for these.)
-Anthem (Possibly)

Edit: Basically your Build 2 is the way to go. Above build is a modified version of it with better parts and more performance.

Any suggestions on some monitors that would work well with the adapted build you suggested for me? As I am not sure what I should prioritize between 1ms vs 4ms response times, 60Hz vs 144Hz refresh rates, 1080p vs 1440p, whether I'd need or benefit greatly from FreeSync, etc..
