I live in Australia.
I would like to build a pc with these parts:
CPU: Intel Core i5 6500 Quad Core LGA 1151 3.2GHz CPU Processor ($269.00 @ Umart)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B150M-HD3 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($99.00 @ Umart)
Memory: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) CMK16GX4M2A2133C13R DDR4 2133MHz ($125.00 @ Umart)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($66.00 @ Umart)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming 3GB Video Card ($319.0 @ Umart)
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 88R MicroATX Mid Tower Case ($75.00 @ Umart)
Power Supply: Antec Neo Eco II 550W 80 Plus Bronze ATX Power Supply ($95.00 @ Umart)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home 32bit/64bit USB Flash Drive ($139.00 @ Umart)
Total: $1187

However, I can also purchase this pc without a graphics card for $400:
Intel core i7-2600 3.4Ghz - 3.8Ghz CPU (Processor)
- Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D3V motherboard with USB 3.0 Ports and 2.0 ports
- 8GB Ram (Memory)
- 120GB Samsung EVO 750 Solid State Drive (Brand New)
1TB Western Digital Hard Drive (Brand New)
- DVD/CD Burner/Reader
- Thermaltake Gaming Versa21 case (Brand New)
- Thermaltake 500W Power Supply (Brand New)
Wireless 802.11n wifi card
Windows 7 Professional operating system (Genuine Licence sticker included inside case)
The question is: Would it be smarter to but the $400 PC and modify it?
