Modified files message on connection to new server

You know when you connect to a server, and it shows a whole load of modified
files?

Well, it seems that this is because ofp expects the resistance addons to be
in the res\addons folder, and not the \addons folder.

Move them back, and voila! Fixed!

Actually, you could delete the old cwc addons folder as resistance does
neither use nor need it anyways. And if checkfiles for the server are
configured correctly (=checking for loaded classes instead of files on
the harddisk) it does not matter where you put the addons.
