Modifying Asus VX24AH for vesa mount

Can someone point me to a safe way to disassemble the monitor so i can remove the built in stand and the back plate to drill holes for vesa Mounting.

Thank you for your reply but non of the ones from the link seem to have this specific model. You see it is a bezel less design on the front so I amnt sure if i need to access it from the front or the back first and how to go about accessing the back.
