Modu82+ good enough for gtx1070?

I have an i5 6600k processor with a gtx strix 1070 gpu & a modu82+ psu.

I don't know the first thing about psu's so am wondering if this is sufficient enough especially when it comes to overclocking.

I've also just acquired a Corsair CX600 so not even sure if this would be a better one of whether I need to buy a better one

Any help would be appreciated!

CX 600 isn't the greatest in terms of quality , but it can easily run a 1070.

Can't tell from that what the other PSU is.

I meant to say it's a modu82+ 525w modular psu

Yes that's the one I have.

I take it that's more than capable of powering the cpu & gpu as well as overclocking?
