Hey guys, I recently bought a second hand semi-modular PSU (Fortron Aurum Pro 850W) and it didn't come with any SATA cables. My question is, can I use a different cable from another PSU? And if not, what can I do instead?

Solution
Do not use cables that are not specifically made for your model PSU. I could find no cables nor pinouts for that PSU through my sources.
I'll suggest checking EBay and other on-line sellers often until something shows up.
It depends. They may route the power differently through the plugs with a different cable.

IE.

On your PSU it may have say 4 pins that are 1,2 ground, 3,4 12v
On another PSU's cables, it may still have 4 pins but be 1,3 ground 2,4 12v
On yet another PSU's cables, it may be 1,4 ground, 2,3 12v.

I thought the same, I tried ebay and other sites for PC components, no luck so far. Anyway, thanks for the answers!
