Mointer says "not connected" but it's connected

My monitor is connected to the CPU but it's showing "Cable not connected" .I have tried almost everything I took out the battery from the motherboard in order to reset it ,I did the same with ram and my graphics I took all of them out and put them back in .The monitor is working on other CPUs so I know it's not my monitor's fault .I really need help.Thank you

Are you using the display cable plugged into the motherboard or graphics card? Graphics card might have died.
