Is there something like h100i is using - dummy plug by that i mean i plug in yellow (rpm monitor) wire to motherboard but i take 12v from molex or satapower? because when i use splitter - sometimes two fans from one header just stop and i have to reset settings in asus ai suite from like silent to silent again - this starts up the fans or is there like pcb which takes power from molex signal from mobo and you control like 4 fans with one header, because i dont want fan controller when motherboard can control it but cant supply power needed.Mobo is ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0, fans are Noctua NF-S12A FLX (1.44w each fan)

Solution
All fans require two components to run, Voltage and current. The current part is most likely in limited supply on fan connectors since they are not meant to have more than one fan attached.
If you want the fans to run 100% speed 24/7, the molex adapter I linked to will work
If you want to adjust their speed based on temperature and/or other things, you need separate fan controller for other fan.
most likely, yes. if they are just plain 3 pin fans without speed control, something simpler would work too.
If you are concerned, you can always remove the extra lead from the fan. After all, in H100i according to screenshots, only one lead is used.

Alternately you could invest in front panel fan controller if you want more speed control and options

i mean motherboard controls just fine, and it controls from temperature, it just dont have that power needed for 2 or 3 fans out of one connector.

well, the molex adapter I linked should fix the power issue.
The problem with said fix is that if fans are not PWM controlled but controlled by supplying less than the 12V, then it might be a problem since said adapter gives full 12V from molex. This is not fixable by separate adapters since something would need to control the voltage going to said fans in between.

However the point in separate fan controller is that it supplies both power and all the control said fans would need for each fan separately.

and im thinking why mobo is cutting power to some fans when they all run at full speed during prime95 small FFT's test, like they working, working, working, and stopped - they wont start to spin unless i change setting in Asus AI suite from disabled to like turbo, and then again disabled - 100%
