What are these for? And why would i want to use them?

Thats when you connected many PCie cards/gpu's and your motherboard is made for Mining (i know it can be used as regular) and you connect molex to keep it stable.

As said, the board was designed for mining and even with powered risers the idea is to keep the PCIe as stable as possible - in theory.

In practice this motherboard is a royal pain in the ass.
