Hi guys,
I have a 3600W power supply that I am willing to use since I am my expanding my crypto farm beginning of next week.
Unfortunately, this new PSU that I have on hand is with a limited amount of Molex cables - it looks like they put more SATA cables than Molex /I will not use SATA ofc./
My question is: Can I use two Molex cables to power two PCI-E Risers while the Molex are coming from one cable ? /Please find the attached photo/
The GPU's that will be on the Risers are all RTX 3080 Ti Founders Edition 12GB - I plan for this PSU to power six GPU all one and the same.
This PSU has a total of four cables each one splitting into 3 SATA's + 2 Molex and the fifth cable is only with 5 SATA's. The exact model is below. /The funniest part is that they put 24 GPU cables /
I would really love if someone could help me with that before my GPU's arrive next week.
Thank you so much in advance!
