not for long. then fire. just don't.
the ampoerage running through molex is not enough to power a GPU, hence the PCIe power port existing. molex is made for drives, DVD, bluray, hard drives, drives and other LOW power devices.

the 6+2 pin is the 8 pin connector and that unit should have 2 6+2 pin ports available. you have what you need for a 2 x 8-pin card

revised answer. the cx 550m is equipped for that card and more.
double checked two sites, has 2 x 6+2 pin cables.
the 6+2 is the eight pin, you should be set to go.
Oh you mean it has 1 6pin and 1 6+2pin? If so therefore i can buy this gpu and use its full potential? God bless you

the specs say it has 2 x 6+2 pin cables which is its way of saying any combo of 6-pin and/or 8-pin ports can be supported.

an 8-pin for the CPU and two 6+2 pins cables for the video card
