So my power supply doesn't have a PCIE cable for my new gpu. I have molex cables however, they have 4 pins but when I look up "molex to pcie 8 pin" I can only find molex connectors with 3 pins. Would it still be ok to plug them into my current molex cables?

Please don't.

Can you tell us more about your PC? Is it a Dell or HP or something a shop built?

The Monster was a creation cobbled together from I'll-fit parts and given life by Dr. Frankenstein. That story did not end well for anyone, the whole idea was a disaster from the start.

I can't see trying to do the same with adapters and unfit psus as anything different. There's a good reason why psus have the connectors they have. They aren't designed/intended for use beyond what's available.
