Molex to Sata Power safe?

I have 3 ssd and 1 hdd inside my h700 case but i have 2 of the ssd mounted on the top of my psu shroud. Both of these ssds are connected by a molex adapter that has 2 sata power cables. Is this adapter safe to use? I dont want to harm my new build but i used this cable from my old computer because it was the only way to use both ssd. I do have 1 empty sata port on my psu still.

Yes, you are okay using a Molex adapter to power the two SSDs as they require very little power. The problems with such adapters are more an issue for high power consumption devices like GPUs.
