I'm quite confused by what you are trying to say , so I assume you are asking if the HD 7750 would work with any monitor. No it won't. You need a monitor with the same outputs as the HD 7750. DVI would most probably be one of them.

Both of you need lessons....
I think you mean OUTPUTS on the GPU.... and INPUTS on the monitor....

Your monitor has just one input and that's a VGA.... you'll need an adapter DVI to VGA
