Question Moniter, keyboard, and mouse not turning on after installing a graphic card

i brought asrock amd raedon rx 570 and install it but my monitor. keyboard and mouse wont turn on and my gpu fan and other stuff runs fine.
This is my first time installing a graphic card.

Update: when i unplug the 6 + 2 pin from gpu my pc works but when i plug it back in my pc shuts downs and my monitor, keyboard and mouse dont work again.
Any help will be appreciated!

Having the same issue with my rx460 4gb on a new desktop. Did u find a solution to your problem?
