Question Monitor 144Hz TN Panel or 75Hz IPS Panel

Well, I would like to buy a monitor, but my budget is low end, so I had to search for used monitors (good condition), and now there are two monitors.
first one is Asus MG248QE 144Hz TN Panel and the other one is Acer Nitro VG240Y 75Hz
so what is best choice between them
my use is Games(most of theme story and there is few competitive like valorant) and watching movies and tv series
my specs is good as well i think i able to run the games on higher than 100 fps especially with frame generation
CPU: I5 11400F
GPU: RX 6700 XT
RAM: 2X8 3200Mhz

If you're playing competitively, then you go for a TN panel...but if you're not playing competitively, then you should go with the IPS panel. Between those two, ideally neither of then would be something I'd buy into.
