Hello, ladies and gentleman!

I have strange problem i recently bought a new Bluecase 27p 4K monitor BM274K1W and like the title says when i put something full screen on this monitor on the 4k resolution go black screen game or movie/Youtube/Netflix. I already set the frequency of the monitor correctly to 60hz because that's the right one for him and the bit depth for 10-bit on the newest AMD driver 19.12.3 and the profile to sRGB IEC61966-2.1 to see if something works fine but didn't. I notice that only happens on 4k if i low the resolution for FHD for example this does not happen i don't know if this is some kind of a bug of the Windows or is really the monitor. If you could help me I'm going to be very glad.
