Monitor acting weird after booting, getting out of screensaver,..

So my laptop acts odd whenever I start it up or go out of screensaver, etc.
When I boot my pc my screen is completely white.
After some time it automatically disappears (watching video or stream helps).

The white screen is placed horizontaly on my screen and the tops side of the white screen keeps going down slowely. Sometimes it gets purple and is not transparant, or green which is transparant.

So I took some screenshots for anyone interested

Now I wonder why does this happen? Is it my video card, monitor or something else? Why does it only happen when I boot my pc or after the screen loads up for the first time? And how can I fix it?

PS.: it's probably my monitor because this does not occur on an external monitor, plugged in my computer

Looks like a failing monitor, it has to do with being cold and some part only works properly after getting warm. Had similar issues with a Samsung desktop monitor that eventually gave up.
