Monitor advice needed

hi im looking for a monitor for my pc for gaming. This is my first monitor im buying myself and am therefore looking for some advice.
i have a budget of no more than £250 but would prefer to spend closer to £200.
I have seen a BenQ XL2411Z but i am not sure and was looking for a second opinion
