Monitor and TV makes cracking sound

I have a monitor and a TV and they both make a cracking sound every half an hour or less. They are both flatscreen LCD. My home isn't very warm and i think its because of temperature. I dont think the PSU is failing because i had them for a year. If you know what to do please help.
