Question Monitor and usbs stopped working

[Takeoff]

Recently I unplugged my pc and removed the gpu to connect a cable that wasn’t connected properly and when i plugged everything back and turned the pc on again the monitor and keyboard and mouse stopped working i tried switching the cmos battery already and reinstalling the ram didnt work any suggestions?
Update- suddenly it started working again

recheck everything
