(IT GOT A LOT WORSE AFTER THAT VIDEO)

hello, recently one of my pc ram died and i did some troubleshooting cuz it was not posting and i somehow ended up killing my GPU cuz it doesnt have the 6 pin on it. ( i did my research it wasnt suppose to do that they say ) after figuring it all out, it worked fine. i bought new ram and it was the same as before. But after a couple of days or weeks. my monitor suddenly showing some artifacts flickering on top of the monitor and eventually the whole screen.

It just happened all of a sudden. I also tried to use CRU where i set my refresh rate below 75hz and it still shows artifacts flickering. what could be the problem??

What i have tried.

-Change cables (X)
-Experiment in changing my refresh rate in CRU ( X ) currently on 69HZ. still artifacts
- tried to see if there was any lose cables in my PC ( X )
- tried resetting my monitor settings ( X )
- tried experimenting on my monitor settings ( X )

do you guys have any recommendations or should i just wait until this monitor gives up and buy a new one. (the monitor is 1 years old btw)

THANK YOU !

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

What happened to the ram?

Hey there,

So which exact model monitor is it?

I presume you are overlocking the panel? This is why you have flickering. If a monitor is only 60hz, then overlocking it can cause these issues AND degrade the monitor quickly. If you want faster HZ, you should buy a new monitor with a faster refresh rate.
