Monitor black screen

hello, got problem with my monitor
when first i tried it's running fine but after a month this happen, my monitor now on blackscreen state. I can't turn it on or off and the led always turn on when i turn on the power
here's my monitor condition

is everybody know how what to happen to my monitor? is it fixable?

Looks like a backlight issue, shine a flashlight into it and see if you can see an image there.
Which model# Acer is this?
