It's literally being a pain in the ass
CPU is working perfectly with the fans running and the temperature of chip is 40 which is perfect too
I tried switching between rams I had 2 2GB Rams thought it might be one of the problem but still
There's no problem in my motherboard as it's new one
Should I reinstall windows?
Or is both my Ram is corrupted so I should purchase new ones ? ( When I use both my rams or even a single one it does display that the ram of certain GB is available then idk how it stops working all of the sudden if that's the problem)
I tried doing the changes in power consumption inside the control panel you know stuff like turning their settings not to turn off thingy and all but STILL! As soon as I open a game or any application after a few minutes boom!
Just please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please help me out in this it's been happening for over a month now and literally nothing seems to work I beg you and sorry for bad english

There's a reason for suggesting Memtest: it's more thorough and doesn't require being in Windows. 8 passes are suggested to assume the RAM and slots are fine.

Also clarify whether the PC shuts down, or if it just crashes to desktop when trying to open software. I'm suspecting a PSU problem, and you haven't mentioned it as part of your specs.
Full specs could be helpful and customary to inform those trying to help. As is... could be anything. If you suspect RAM then you could try using Memtest to check whether there's a problem there.

Sounds like if there's stress beyond the desktop it doesn't work.

I did the memory test using windows memory diagnostic and found no error
